Roll and Plate Engraving:
Paratus Industries operates a world class engraving department that supplies textured rolls and plates for embossing applications to just about every industrial segment. We engrave a wide range of patterns from geometric to wood and leather grains.
We recognize the importance of quality and consistency. Our highly skilled craftsmen have years of experience ensuring that engravings look identical time after time.
Pattern Library and New Pattern Development:
We have an extensive library of existing patterns that we can provide for your texturing requirements. If we can’t supply a stock pattern, we can create it by using laser tooling capabilities. Not all patterns lend themselves to laser engraving so if necessary, we can go “old school” and have one of our hand engravers develop the pattern. Our embossing lab services are fully utilized to ensure that patterns we provide or develop will meet every specification requirement.
Engraving Repair:
On occasion a damaged roll or plate can be repaired by hand versus purchasing a whole new engraving and roll. Please contact us for an evaluation of you damaged or worn engraved rolls and plates.
Lab Trials:
In house roll and plate engraving services, coupled with our embossing and calendering laboratory services, ensure that customers are provided with the correct solution for their patterning needs. Please contact us for embossing pattern sampling or to schedule a lab trial. Most initial samplings or short trials are offered free of charge. We also offer short run pre-production and toll manufacturing services - cutting product development costs and time to market. |
